These terms govern the purchase and use of Smart Scan System. By subscribing you confirm you have read and accept them.

Access to a web application that collects, every day, the under-20 footballers playing minutes in professional league competitions, plus a filterable statistics section. The service is provided online, with no physical medium and no file delivery.
Access is personal and non-transferable. The account is handled by Clerk and created through the link we send you after payment, to the same email you bought with. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe; sharing or transferring them entitles us to suspend access with no refund.
€12.10/month or €121/year, VAT included. The VAT applied is that of the buyer's country of residence, already contained in that amount. Card details never reach our servers.
We provide the service, but the sale is made by Stripe as merchant of record. In practice: Stripe takes the payment, issues the invoice and is liable for the VAT due in your country. Your card statement and invoice will show Stripe, not Smart Sports System SLU. For anything about the charge itself — invoice, refund, complaint — you can go to Stripe or to us.
Each purchase grants access for one month or one year from payment. It does not renew by itself and you are never charged again without asking: when the period ends, access simply closes. If you renew before expiry, the days you had left are added to the new period.
As a consumer you have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason. However, this digital service starts immediately. By ticking, before paying, the box accepting these terms and conditions, you expressly request that the service start immediately and you acknowledge that, because of this, you lose the right of withdrawal (art. 103 of the Spanish consumer protection act). You cannot complete the purchase without ticking it, because we cannot both give you immediate access and preserve a right the law ties to not having used the service. We store the date you ticked it and the version of these terms you accepted. If you would rather keep the right of withdrawal, write to us before buying and we'll sort it out with you.
You may use the service for your own work or interest. You may not bulk-extract the data, crawl it automatically, resell, redistribute or republish it, or expose it to third parties through any interface. The sports data comes from API-Football and our licence lets us offer you a derived application, not hand you the raw data. That is why the service offers no export and no API, and will not.
We work to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular uptime figure. The data comes from an external provider and may arrive late, incomplete or wrong; we fix what we spot, but the service is informational and does not replace your own professional judgement. We cover league competitions only: cups are not included.
We may suspend or cancel access, with no refund, on a serious breach of these terms — in particular the prohibited use in section 7 or transferring the account. If the breach is ours and we cannot provide the service, we will refund the unused part of the period.
We may change these terms and the prices. Changes do not affect a period already paid for: they apply to later purchases. If a change is substantial, we will announce it on the site in advance.
Spanish law applies. If you contract as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, nor of bringing proceedings in the courts of your domicile.
